The Parents Project is real thing that is really happening.
AKA, the site is up!

Our first handful of posts and our brand new design just went live moments ago - and we are so excited to share it with you all! We will be working over the next few months (and then to infinity and beyond!) to continue to build the essays, advice, stories, and more, and to work out any and all of the tiny bugs that will arise in these first few weeks.
We cannot thank all of you enough for supporting us and helping us begin this resource for so many parents who need guidance and support.
Stay tuned as we add many new resources, and follow us on Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram!!

The Parents Project is live!!

- Question submitted Anonymously & Answered by Broderick Greer, Master’s of Divinity student

Broderick Says:

I am writing this response as a son, not as a parent. Since I do not have children of my own, it would be disingenuous for me to claim that I know what it is like to have a son or…

This is perfect.

I wish my mom could have heard these words years ago and am forever thankful that so very many parents will get the chance to read them today and into the future. 💖

HEY Y’ALL,

I am SO happy and excited to announce that on April 23rd at 8pm EDT (5pm PDT) I’ll be teaming up with some old friends for a StageIt show:

Jenny Owen Youngs + Bess Rogers + Allison Weiss in
"SPRING BREAK FOREVER: THE REUNION."

THAT’S RIGHT. Bess and Allison and I will be playing a NINETY MINUTE Spring Break Forever reunion show on StageIt!

TICKETS TICKETS TICKETS TICKETS TICKETS TICKETS TICKETS

For those of you who didn’t know me in 2010, let me tell you, the Spring Break Forever tour was an incredibly fun, collaborative, goofy, BFFs-in-a-Jeep kind of time, filled with beer and coming-of-age stories and one particularly memorable marathon of singing every song on the Magnetic Fields album “69 Love Songs,” but replacing certain vital words with “pizza.” Bess and Allison and I will playing our own songs and singing some stuff together, generally having a B-L-A-S-T.

RELIVE THE OLD MEMORIES and MAKE SOME NEW ONES WITH US!
